AIBridgeUs started in 2019 with a simple observation: European companies are desperate for great engineers, and the world is full of them — in Bogotá, Hanoi, Austin, and Warsaw. They just keep missing each other. We're the bridge: a team of 28 recruiters and (importantly) former engineers, matching global talent with European companies from a sunny office two streets from the Túria.
